The Depot: 1876/30

All rules of 1830 are used with the following additions/exceptions:

1. Rio Claro is a blank "B"-city. In the yellow phase, tile 202b (reproduced above) can be placed there. Tile 202b promotes to tile 53 in the green phase and to tile 63 in the brown phase.

2. There are four private companies. Each private company blocks their home hexagon.
   • The Chaguanas (CG) sells for $20 and pays $5 per operating round.
   • The Débé (DB) sells for $40 and pays $10 per operating round.
   • The Pierreville (PV) sells for $70 and pays $15 per operating round.
   • The Tunapuna & Port of Spain (TP) sells for $220 and pays $30 per operating round. The TP block both hexes it occupies. The owner of the TP gets the Director's share of the First Trinidad Railway (FTR) for free. The TP closes when the FTR buys its first train. The TP cannot be sold to a Corporation.

3. There are three corporations in the game:
   • The First Trinidad Railway (FTR) - home station: Port of Spain (Use the B&O parts from 1830).
   • The San Fernando Railway (SFR) - home station: San Fernando (Use the CP parts from 1830).
   • The Mayaro Bay Railway (MBR) - home station: Guyaguyare (Use the B&M parts from 1830).

4. The following trains are used in the game:

5. In the train buying phase, only one train may be bought.

6. The bank consists of $4500.

7. Game variables:

8. At the start of the game, each player may bid for zero, one or more seats in the game with their money. The seats are assigned to the players in bid order. The successful bids are subtracted from the player's wealth at the end of the game.
