Morning Parade, Old Fort Niagara, Youngtown, New York. Post 1861 hosted the Signal Camp of Instruction as part of the National Artillery School, School of the Surgeon, and School of the Soldier during the first weekend in May, 1998.

Memorial Day, Headstone Dedication Ceremony, Berrington Cemetery. An honor guard with representative from the Penn Yan Veterans of Foreign Wars, 148th Regiment NYS Volunteers, and 2nd Section, Department of New York, U. S. Signal Corps (Post 1861) prepare to honor the memory of several civil war soldiers burried in the cemetery.
Memorial Day, Headstone Dedication Ceremony, Berrington Cemetery. This was the culmination of 1st Sgt. Dixon's Eagle project involving locating the burrial sites and setting 4 civil war era headstones that had been discovered in Yates County. The women of the Post assisted with the dedication cermony.
Morning at Darien Lake State Park, Spring Camporee. Over 400 Boy Souts were treated to a Civil War encampment with approximately 85 reenactors from across Western New York State in attendance.
