Even If you miss your oppenent and it hits a wall nearby they will still lose health.Be careful of yourself because you can blow yourself up!
Like The Chaingun It Takes A While To Wind Down but it is very powerful and being struck by a few of these will Kill You!
Personally I Feel That The Railgun is to slow, but it packs a hard punch if hit.
