A Clockwork Orange
From the famous book A Clockwork Orange by Anthony Burgess there came Stanley Kubrick's cult film of the same name. From that motion picture came the soundtrack to end all soundtracks. Encompassing electronic versions of Beethoven's Hymn to Joy and 9th Symphony, to Singing In The Rain, and I Want To Marry a Lighthouse Keeper, this soundtrack matches the insanity and tenderness of the movie that spawned it. Much of the music is classical with many of the electronic renditions realized by Walter Carlos. I highly recommend this album to anyone who has seen the movie.Found this treasure of a record in a little place called Mars a la belle ville de Montréal.
