Described to me as the perfect blend between jazz and rock, I can hardly disagree as it has quickly become one of my favourite bands. Mind you I'm not sure what rock is anymore and I was never really clear on jazz. There are some bands out there that just have a few good songs to there name, just the singles. This is nowhere near Steely Dan. I haven't heard a person complain yet and I don't think there's a large chance of that ever happening. It has a sound that must be heard to be believed and it's the kind everyone can enjoy.Thanks to HGB for opening my ear to Steely Dan, and Newmans for the fine vinyl.
