Don't you just hate it when you're playing a game, multi-player or single-player, minding
your own business, and then suddenly the game doesn't act like it should? Then you try the same
thing again and again and you realize that it's a glitch in the game? Don't you just wish that
there was a way to correct it?
Don't despair! The gaming companies realize that their finished products are often full of
annoying (and sometimes critical) errors. They release update programs called patches that fix
the bug in the program, and get you back to playing your game.
