PARIS CARVER
Elliot Carver's beautiful wife, Paris, once had an affair with James Bond, but dumped him because he was always on the move and slept with a gun under his pillow. Elliot uses this to his advantage when he attempts to gather more information on Bond. Eventually, he learns that his Paris has been lying to him and has her killed by a doctor that specializes in marksmanship and torture.
STAMPER
Everybody seemingly has one of these henchmen. Elliot Carver is no exception. Stamper is a huge henchman that cannot feel pain. He is attempting to demonstrate his torture techniques and skill on Bond by removing his internal organs while keeping him alive. Stamper is eventually killed once the submarine sinks.
DR. KAUFMANN
Very little information is given about Dr. Kaufmann's background, but he is a master of Chakra torture and marksmanship. He states that his work is in "high demand."
