DR. CARL MORTNER
This guy could be considered the main villian of the movie, butthe main focus isn't really on him. Dr. Mortner is an ex-nazi scientist who was given space to develop a perfect race of human beings with steroids. He succeeded, but all his experiments were psychotic and crazy. He created Max Zorin. Bond ends up killing Zorin, but Dr. Mortner kills himself with a stick of dynamite.
MAYDAY
Mayday is an American, as pointed out when you first see her. She is Max Zorin's bodyguard, who takes care of any problems that Zorin may be having. She disposes of several people that Bond is attempting to get information from, and eventually realizes how evil Zorin is and gives her life to stop his evil plan.
TIBBETT
This MI6 agent helps 007 spy on Zorin at the horse show by playing along as Mr. Senjun Smithe (Bond)'s servant. While not exactly happy about his sleeping arrangements, Tibbett helps Bond fight off two of Zorin's people, but is strangled by Mayday later on during a car wash.
