There is an extremely easy way to get a Platinum medal on this course. However, you'll only be cheating yourself if you don't try it the legal way first. First of all, the train does not have a jet start. Drive the train all the way to the end and press the "Z" button to stop just as the train hits the end of the track. Let go as soon as the driver exits and use the analog stick to run around the north side of the building. It's faster than going back to the footbridge. Take out the shed with the RamDozer and then drive onto the crane platform. Use the crane to move RamDozer across the tracks, setting the RamDozer down near the footbridge. Run across the footbridge and use RamDozer to push the TNT into the brick building to stop the clock. You may need to try this a few times before you're able to accomplish a 1:15.

Now, promise that you've already gotten Platinum using the above method. Hold up your right hand, "Do you solemnly swear..." Ok, good. Now, for a really fast time, stop the train just before the footbridge and run across. Drive the Ramdozer through the shack and then pull up the big building and get on the Z button. Boom! Forty seconds faster than the Platinum time without breaking a sweat. Aren't you glad you didn't mess up the whole level by doing it this way first?
