Welcome to Polar's NPC's!

If you are a player, and not a GM, please do not continue!
Your Gamemaster may be using these NPCs to harrass,
torment, and/or to kill your character! You have been warned!

First, a note to all you GameMasters out there (You can skip this message by pressing here).
Many of you have e-mailled me requesting that I finally update a compilation of my well-developed NPCs. Unfortunately, this is not true, and I decided to get it done before I have to work on my many Mid-Terms this simester! Below is a small group of NPCs, all of which have been playtested by myself, and though many died, it was just to create new enemies to get back at my players >>>>>Display Evil Grin<<<<<. In any case, please feel free to copy, distribute, and change the following characters, as long as you give credit where credit is due (i.e. ME!). Many GMs (most, in fact), use NPCs to create life in an adventure. A run without characters is just plain stupid, in my opinion. A good GM creates NPCs with family (or meaningful lack of one), a history (or two or three), and an outlook on life. Is he a young security guard at a local Stuffer Shak? A high-ranking official at Fuchi? How did he get there? How did that girl get that mean-looking Predator II, and why? Sure, 'runs can be played without true-to life NPCs, but they are what my group calls 'Cannon Fodder,' or perhaps 'Target Practice.' What I'm getting at is, unless you have a good reason for NOT creating a background, and you have no time (which isn't an excuse in my perspective), there should always be a story behind a character, whether (s)he be a street-rat or a Hardware shoppe customer.

The Following NPCs are not in any order, arrangement, or sortment of any type.
Below are the links to individual NPCs, though you can see them all by
scrolling down with the scroll bar.

NPC #1

Name: Jason Stix
Street Name: MatchStix
Age: 17
Sex: Male

Jason is a typical wannabe; not very hot in battle, not very big and buff, and doesn’t have a lot of toys to bring along. But he does have respect for those he admires (just about every Shadowrunner comes to mind), and will try to prove that he isn’t just another street punk trying to run in the big boys’ league.

NPC #2

Name: Michael Dorian
Street Name: Orion
Age: 21
Sex: Male

Michael just got out of Matrix ReHab, where deckers who have lost to non-lethal black ice are treated for neurophysical damage. He is fairly skilled, and has a good deck, but he just doesn’t have any common sense. He is also very impatient, impulsive, and extremely hot-tempered, and should be played as much. Michael should probably be a human or an elf, as you don’t see many trolls or orks punching deck. He also is a tad 'twitchy' and has random muscle spasams at odd times, reminiscent of his (latest) battle with Black IC.

Sorry I don't have everyone up yet, but times are tough (spendin it all with my new girlfriend!), and got more SR games to manage! Will be complete by 1-1-98!
