Barsaive is full of interesting peoples. Most numerous are the Dwarves, whose nation and tongue unify the land, at least in trade. Short, strong, and gruff, they build mountain homes and have great senses of kinship... and profit. Spread throughout Barsaive are the Orks, proud and fierce tribal warriors, strong and powerful, with angry dispositions. Also common are the Humans, quick to adapt their culture to that of other Namegivers around them, thriving everywhere they make their homes. In the mountains of the land live the Trolls, great horned beings unmatched in strength and foul temper. The tall and graceful Elves keep vigil in their forest homes. The domain of the flamboyant and lizardlike T'Skrang is the mighty Serpent River that winds its way through Barsaive. Very rare are the Windlings, small winged beings with more heart than common sense and the Obsidimen, powerful giants with earthen bodies.
