My tactic is sweet and simple. To hit your enemy hard and quick you must build really fast. So crank out as many Construction Rigs as you can. Build the necessary things you need (Power Plant, HQ, Water Launch Pad, Assembley Plant, Training Facility) The second you are able to build Temporal Gate build about 3 of them (if you have $$$.) Then put 3 shredders in one. Then put 6 tanks (preferabley a tank that can take a beating) Make sure you have staked out the enemies Training Facility(s). Send the shredders and the rest of the tanks out side of his Training Facilitey. Kill any man that comes out. That way they can't build quick defenses. Then use the tanks to destroy anything you want to. Make sure you keep building tanks and sending them over. Goodluck using this tactic!

My Tactic is for playing "Instant Action". What to do is, if you have
enough money, make three assembly plants, two if you are playing only Freedom
Guard or Imperium, but three if you are playing Togran. With two of the Plants
build only Hellstorm Artillery and S.C.A.R.Bs and the other one you build quick
defensive units. Once you have 40-50 of the Hellstorm and SCARABs you can wipe
out a base in no time. While you are attacking with the big group you must
continue to build them, unless you give them a defense.

Martyrs are very useful units particularly for eliminating a nasty artillery
pod. However, if you're playing Imperium and you're faced with a well-fortified
opponent who keeps shelling you with his arty it may be hard to get out of the
tight spot.
This is where some home-made martyrs come in useful. All you need is a
hostage-taker, some raiders and a temp gate. Force-fire using [A] key on
raiders using the hostage taker to produce martyrs. Load them three at a time
in the temp gate and temp them in the middle of the arty pod. BANG! All the
arty's gone! Three martyrs can take a huge number of artillery units with them.
For 100% success use 2 temp gates and temp the 2nd group within seconds of the
first.
