Zhou Dou is the leader of a band of Red Banner Cultists sent to
Japan by the cult's hierachy. Devoted to the cause, he is not above
devious means to achieving it. Zhou joined the cult as a result of
his family's death at the hands of Ming soldiery - now he is also
devoted to bringing down the Ming Dynasty - and sees furthering the
Cult's goals as the best way to do that. Of course if that results in
his increased power and wealth, he doesn't mind - but that's not his
primary goal.
