Background check on da Mix M@$tA: Way back in the day was when I was born. Back in the day of HE-MAN and the thunder cats. I liked the smurfs then, too (still do if ya know what I'm talkin bout...). I grew up playin wit G.I. Joes and all that cool stuff. I have played a lot of sports in my days, and I am very into them. Even though they are not top priority in my life anymore, I still am very involved. I play hockey (which I have played since I was 9) and I play baseball (for my high school and a recreation league). Sports are big in my life, but there is one thing that is more important... I got my first cd player when i was about 11 years old. That was prolly one of the best days of my life. Since then, all i have done is...well...listen to music. Music has influenced my life in so many ways and will always be an influence. A few years ago I started listening to what I now consider the best band to ever exsist...Sublime. Ever since I heard that cd on a summer night in '97, I have been hooked. Unfortunetly, lead singer Brad Nowell took his one year "expirement" too far and overdosed on heroin in '96...right before the bands first major hit came about. I listen to a wide range of music, though. Rap is cool to me...DMX, Tupac, Biggie, and so on... I don't exactly relate to the lyrics, but I like the songs.
