8-bit Theatre
TUE-THU-SAT
I started Reading 8-bit theatre when is was still on 50megs.com... Lately he's
been flagging a bit though... Just doesn't seem as funny.
A Miracle of Science
MON-THU
A great sci-fi comic recommended by a friend. It's about an officer from Earth who gets teamed up with an officer from Mars to track down a Mad scientist bent on taking over the world. A great read so far, I look forward to seeing where the author goes.
The Beevnicks |
Daily
This comic is an offshoot from the artist who does You Damn Kid (Featured below). A very twisted look at a not so normal family lol. He recently restarted this comic and you can read the original style comics here.
Bob and George
Daily
This is the Grandpappy of sprite comics. The writing can be sharp, and he
updates everyday... when possible... the site was down for a month. But he did
extra comics every day to make up for it. And he modifies most of the sprites
himself. Read this one from the beginning... it is one long, convoluted storyline chronicling the MegaMan adventures...

Diesel Sweeties
MON-TUES-WED-THURS-FRI
This is a comic I started reading when I first got into sprite somics. But unlike most of the other sprite based comics, the author actually created his own pixilated characters. The comic is continuous and is well worth the time to read. out of this comic have come a few of my fav quotes. Here's a couple of them "Jesus helps me trick people", and "I liked you before you sold out".

Dilbert

This is just one of the many Comics that's actually printed on newsprint *gasp* what a concept. I like the office humour and find many parallels to my current job and computer training. Maybe I'm just a geek.
Dork Tower |
Kinda Random, new comics weekly
Huzzah! I didn't start saying that till I started reading this comic. I still read it because of the gaming and geek humour. Just strikes a cord with me for some reason. I dunno
Drabble |
Daily
Another "real" comic fit enough to print, I don't remember why I started reading it... fairly repetitive but funny for some odd reason.
Errant Story
MON-WED-FRI
I've been reading this comic since it started because I enjoyed Poe's previous comic (Exploitation Now - See below). This one has been funny and it has a continuous story line so you have start with the first comic or you'll be lost.
Flem Comics |
Daily |
This comic has gone through a number of urls in its time, I started reading this when he had 2 separate Flem comics. There was the "Jay" storyline and the one offs at one point but they've been placed as one now that the Jay line is over. The humour can be wonderfully dark and sarcastic and is well worth the read. The Jay storyline starts on September 4, 1999 and should be read from the beginning. Most of the other comics are non-sequential. Jay story arcs have started again!
Foxtrot |
Daily
Definitely near the top of my list of favourite comics, and again it actually gets printed on a daily basis. Very geeky.
Garfield |
Daily
I've been reading this comic for a very long time. Before I even had access to the internet at home. And for whatever reason Garfield has become a really cynical son of a bitch as of late. A lot of sarcasm in this comic lately and it's been great. Garfield is one of my heros.
Get Fuzzy |
Daily
This is a comic that I keep forgetting to read so I fidured I'd put it up here. I started reading it when I was delivering the Edmonton Journal.
Jack |
MON-WED-FRI
Start from the beginning with this wonderfully dark comic. I was originally linked to this comic through BDK and have been an avid reader since. There are a lot of story arcs that are worth reading.
John and John |
Random
Seriously this comic is just fucked. So of course it was linked via little-gamers... enjoy
Little Gamers
MON-TUES-WED-THURS-FRI
This comic is tied for first among my fav comics, I was hooked after reading the first strip. It is a semi continuous strip so it helps to read from the start because there are small storylines. The humour is great, and it focuses on everything from, computer problems, to ninjas, to anti-american, to just funny drunken sh*t. Updates Monday through Friday if Mr. Madsen is there. A must read.
Mega Tokyo
MON-WED-FRI
This Comic has been linked by so many other comics I read I don't remember where I linked to it from first. The comic has it's moments, but has been heavily dramatic as of late. Still a fun read though. Amazing artwork.
Non Sequitur |
Daily
A recent addition to this list since I started delivering the Edmonton Journal. Another daily strip that I find is worthy of my time and laughter. There's even a recurring storylinen involving a character similar to Lenore... interesting.
Pearls Before Swine
Daily
Another daily printed comic strip... amazing hehehe.
Penny Arcade
MON-WED-FRI
One of the oldest webcomics I used to read that updates Monday - Wednesday - Friday.
Lots of gaming humour, ranging from tabletop to the latest and greatest video
games. Includes most formats, console, card, LARPG's, PC's and even Macs! Just to note I have not followed this comic for a while now.
PVP Online
Daily
I don't remember why I started reading this continuaous comic, it can be funny, but isn't always. Gamer and office humour, nothing really more than that.
Real Life Comics
MON-TUES-WED-THURS-FRI
Here's a great comic about a Pepsi addict like myself. Continuous arcs, an evil genius, gaming geekery... what else would you need?
Sabrina Comics
End of the month, not any specific day
This is a great "furry" comic among the ones I read, I just wish the site would
be updated more than once a month.
Sheldon |
Daily
I started reading this comic a while ago, again I am not sure why. It's about a kid billionaire and his adventures. It features a talking duck!
Sinfest
Daily
Sinfest has been a constant read for me for the past couple of years... but only because he's consistent about putting comics up... I've only seen him miss a week of updating.
Ted Rall - Editorial
MON-THURS-SAT
This is the only politcal cartoon I read on a regular basis. He pulls no punches and is Anti-Bush. Awesome
Two Lumps
MON-WED-FRI
The new comic from the creator of Flem comics. Must start from the beginning because it has that dreaded continuity. Comic is about the adventures of 2 cats (1 smart, 1 stupid) including trips to the vet etc... tag lines include "GOOSHY FOOD!", "Die Buttsnake!", and "Avenge the Butt!".
Umlaut House
TUE-FRI
A furry comic I just started reading... will post more as I learn...
VG Cats
Monday
Updates rather randomly, but usually hits the spot. Parodies many video games
using cat's as main characters. Has some great parodies of the Legend of Zelda,
Metal Gear Solid and other great titles... they even parodied Honda Civics once
WTF Comics |
Random 1-3 comics a week
This comic was sent to me by a friend who makes his living playing Evercrack... I mean Everquest. The story and characters are based on the game including races, and locations.
You damn kid |
Random, but new comics every week usually NSFW
I started reading this cmoic some time ago, I just don't remember how I heard about it. I'm glad I did though. It's twisted on a diferent level and will very likely hurt your brain.

Antihero for Hire
I started reading this comic just when it started up and have been reading it faithfully. It's a continuous comic so you have to start from the beginning and go with it. The comic itself is about a pay-for-hire super hero and his adventures. This strip is on hiatus till his other comic is done.
Ashfield Online
Wonderfully twisted one off comics where the first comic has a direct connection to the last during it's initial run. The comic has been brought back to life after being officially cancelled.
Awesome Gamerz |
This comic is based on gamers and is done by one of my fav. artists/writers...
Mr. Dave Kelly. He has a number of comics that I have read and continue to read. This comic is currently on hiatus but will hopefully be back
soon.
Badly Drawn Kitties
I like these "pussies", and I know that statement must sound odd to a couple people I know lol. It's mainly a continuous story line so start from the beginning. It's great seeing how his art style has evolved over time, but still maintains the "badly drawn" joke. Many guest appearances by characters from other furry comics. This comic has been put on hiatus again. The artist/writer is now just doing rants and has forgone the comic for now.
Closet Coon |
Such a great storyline comic. A friend recently said I should start reading thie furry comic. So I have lol. The comic is about guy's that are coming out and I find it a very interesting read. It's too bad he doesn't update the site very often.
Coffee Brain |
This is a comic that has it's moments... I don't remember why I originally started reading it... probably a link from another comic that I read. Anywho, it deals with people that are addicted to coffee. Comic has a few continuous storylines so it's best to start at the beginning, just like pretty much every comic.
Destiny Dreamers |
This comic has just started recently and it's all about Final Fantasy XI. Again, this is another comic with a continuous storyline, but don't worry... it won't take long to get through it.
Fat Jesus |
They Cloned Jesus! ... but they didn't do it right. Now he's escaped and they're looking for him. He tends to help out by accident most often. The comic was going until the artist's monitor broke, theres a good chance that this comic will never update again, but there's still a chance that it will.
Hell Sweet Hell |
This comic was awesome when it actually had scheduled updates. It was under hiatus for a long time and recently came back, but has fallen back into the habit of not updating. Oh well, it's hard to knock a comic that starts out by slamming Bill Gates. There are continuous stories right from the start.
Hotendotey |
Apparently they are planning future attrocities... or at least that's what the website says at the moment. Truly brutal... I'm sad that the archives aren't up anywhere.
Life of Wily
This is another MegaMan sprite comic, although not as good as Bob and George
IMO... it has it's moments though
Look What I Brought Home |
Just fucking brutal, long continuous story, and again... brutal.
Mac Hall Comics
This comic was linked by Mr. Madsen from Little Gamers and I started reading it then. It can be funny, but I can't describe why. Just read. Recently put on hiatus.
Owlie Comics |
An offshoot of the Fat-Jesus comic, was updating regularily for a while then stopped, just like Fat-Jesus. The artist claims to have computer problems... but I figure he would have fixed that over the year that he hasn't been updating.
Pixel Pals |
This comic is just fun. No continuity. Old school sprites. Crude humour. Nuff said.
RPG World |
This is a hand-drawn comic that's been around for a while. It follows the
adventure of a hero (Whose name is Hero) and his crew. Some comics are in colour,
most are not. And there are definitely some ripof... uh parallels to FF7 here.
Writing can be a bit melodramatic but has it's moments.
Scrantonville High
An off-shoot of Look What I Brought Home that chronicled the early adventures of the LWIBH cast. Funny too but sadly not updating at the moment.
Scrued |
A darker style Furry comic that was linked from BDK one day... hasn't updated in a while and is in the middle of a story arc... argh.
Sexy Losers |
This is by far my fav comic... I started reading it when it was still called the Thin H Line. This is easily the most brutal comic I have ever read. And it's got a great format with the continuous storylines and one-offs... the humour is incredibly low brow. This comic has raised the bar on offensive comics... and the artist/writer is a Canadian living in Japan!
If you start reading this one go to the VERY
beginning... most of the storylines are continuous.
Stile Sux |
This comic is just brutal on a different level based on the creator of the Stile Project.
