The purpose of this web site is to supply a sense of community and support to anyone undergoing change, difficulty or hardship in life. Sometimes especially when things are tough, we feel that no one could possibly understand how we feel or understand what we are going through. Many times our friends/families don't know what to say or how to respond and sadly they may drift away, or even worse, we may try to hide or suppress our emotional anarchy causing things to become (or at least seem) worse. At other times we truly find ourselves alone and don't know who to turn to for help, information and advice. I know that during my darkest hours, all of the above have applied to me at one time or another. It is for these reasons that I compiled the following information.
Change can be very unexpected and uncomfortable, in fact sometimes it can be both unwanted and seemingly unmerciful. If you are facing changes, or still reeling from one, then check out this site and remember that it only feels like you are alone.
