Safety and the environment

At Capital Demolition our first priority is the safety of our employees. We take every step to ensure complete safety in our work from the planning stages all the way through our projects. In addition to strict adherence to government, labor board, and ADAA guidelines Capital Demolition prides itself on strict supervision guidelines unmatched in the demolition industry. This zeal has allowed us to win the ADAA award for best safety procedures three years in a row. As a part of our innovative approach to safety, Capital Demolition has recently set up an incentives program to encourage workersto stay safe, alert, and mindful of their team's safety.

As part of our ongoing commitment to the environment we have set up a new recycling initiative to go hand in hand with our salvage operations. This in addition to our already existing policies on waste disposal and processing. In the interest of ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our operations a review panel, representative of both management and staff, was formed in 2001 to examine our activities.
