Type: Wannabe Evil Supervillain
Roles: Enemy Vigo
Quote: "Nyeh, I'm out of here!"
Profile: Vigo "Moff" Mocha Neomen (he insists on his full title) is the epitome of the megalomanic, crazed supervillain. Originally a moff, he was appointed head of what served as the Empire in the Sisar Run. He initiated several "Tough on Crime" initiatives, none of them sucessful, and generally gained a reputation for being ineffectual and worse, wasteful with his fetish for hidden lairs, supertech gadgets and maniacal laughter. He was eventually overthrown by the Rameseum Crew after a hostage-taking attack, engineered by COMPNOR. Though last seen falling to his supposed death, he reappeared a few years later as lieutenant- and then, after a coup, head- of Vigo Lonay's failing organization. He has since presided over the remnants of Lonay's territory, ruling it with an iron fist of slaving and thuggery.
Neomen is short, squat, squinty and tends to speak with a "nyeh" before each sentence. Like most megalomaniacs, he has an ego the size of a small moon, and tends toward grandiose plans of revenge (such as confronting the heroes in his custom-designed and heavily armed battle exoskeleton, Chocolate Infinity Junior). When in trouble, he prefers to use a rocket chair to escape through the roof. His expeditor, unsurprisingly, is Masher the Gadget Ghol. He has an affinity for chocolate, for some reason.
Type: Falleen Underlord
Roles: Arch-nemesis
Quote: "I'm not as violent or paranoid as they are. I don't need to be."
Profile: Savan is Xizor's niece and the only
surviving member of his family. She has vowed to resurrect Black
Sun using any means possible, and retake the glory of Xizor's
days of Black Sun. Using her considerable charms and clout within
the underworld, she has managed to come from relative obscurity
to a powerful contender in the race for the title of Underlord
and head of a resurrected Black Sun.
Savan, much like many Falleen females, is quite attractive, and has used this fact and her natural pheromones to influence and get ahead with many. She is not all looks, however; she has a scheming mind and is a natural as far as criminal leadership is concerned. Her attitude is cool and sexy, her manner authoritative and assertive, her speech persuasive and charming. It is nearly impossible for those who meet her not to fall under her spell, especially if they are male or Torill Hendyker. It takes a Spraxian will to not be charmed by her.
In reality, Savan cares for little to nothing but for revenge for the death of Xizor. She holds those who are enchanted by her to be fools, and those who aren't obstacles. Though she may often seem very persuasive and very sincere, it behooves one to not trust her as far as one could throw her. She keeps the Vigos of Black Nebula in line mostly by fear of the strength of the Confederacy, a fear which she inflates substantially using her own spynet. She hates the Confederacy and its Vigos with a passion, believing them to have conspired against her uncle and to have helped bring about his downfall. It is currently unknown what she has planned.
Savan's first play for power came when she organized the Svivren Conference, where she attempted to unite all the Vigos under her rule. The disruption of the conference, thanks to the Rameseum Crew, kept her from this goal, but that didn't stop Savan from pulling together Vigos Durga, Neomen, Vekker and Wumdi into an organization called Black Nebula. She has since tried to strengthen the alliance against the opposing Vigo Confederacy (consisting of Sprax, Clezo, Leana and tied to the fence-sitter Kree'tah) by finding and enslaving Xizor's rogue HRD Guri, but only partially suceeded in this endeavor. It is currently unknown what she has planned.

More Detailed Background and Stats for Vigo Sprax
Profile: Vigo Sprax is a Nalroni, known to most
of the galaxy as the former head of Jatayus Outbound shipping,
now in semi-retirement. In fact, this was a cover to hide his
transition into Black Sun. His headquarters is on Sriluur, in
the Sisar Run, from where he controls both Jatayus and a spiderweb
of operations
across the galaxy. His signature is shipjacking, wherein his cronies
capture, strip and sell the parts from random ships. He also has
his fingers in bacta sales, communications and supply of the Rebel
Alliance, who he seeks to be in the favor of.
Known as "Eyebrows" (though never to his face) for his unusually large, well, eyebrows, Sprax is always businesslike and professional. He is one of the least ostentatious of the Vigos, preferring to face his underlings behind a desk rather than from a throne. He is, in fact, rather unflappable, even in the face of "rather large setbacks," as he would put it. He is in personal contact with the Crew on a regular basis, often appearing on their monitors when they least expect it, asking if the line is secure. He has been known to walk, unconcerned, through firefights as if they were a minor nuisance to his plans. In fact, he always seems to be considering the bigger picture, though he rarely reveals his thoughts to his operatives unless they "need to know."
He is considered a good boss by most who actually know of his involvement, even if a bit gruff at times. He doesn't tend to be as wrathful or ethically loose as other Vigos: in all things, "it's business." He doesn't involve himself with slavery, as he considers it not worth the risks. He generally tolerates a certain amount of independence in his operatives, as long as it doesn't interfere too much with operations.
Sprax is a bit short, and walks with a cane. He dyes his greying hair, and generally wears the traditional garb of the Brentaalian merchant-houses.
