The going rate for DragonStar's assistance is 50$ per hour.

In case of missed appointments WITHOUT 24 hrs notice, the full price for that lessons will be charged to you. That is, if you had a two hour appointment, you will be charged 100$ for the missed session. If you are unable to attend a session PLEASE give us at least 24 hrs notice.

In case of a situation that results in the early termination of a lesson (blackout, natural disaster, etc), DragonStar will credit your leftover time to another session, in fifteen minute intervals. Note that this DOSE NOT include situations such as leaving for an appointment, or other avoidable booking conflicts.
Program Instillation:

50$ per hour. Should installation take more or less time, the cost is 25$ per half hour, rounded up.

Bonus: DragonStar will pick up a software package for you, at no cost, with a minimum one hour instillation fee. You will only be charged our instillation rate, and the cost of the software. Note that should the software prove faulty, DragonStar cannot assist. We proved the software as is from a local store.

DragonStar cannot be held responsible for any program conflicts. Although we try to the best of our abilities to ensure a program will not conflict with an existing system and programs, situations beyond our control can arise, especially in regards to a system we are not familiar with.
