-----"There's no doubt in my mind," Garrison speaks up. "We either wait for Silvergard's army to show up or execute them here."
-----Dilton turns away a bit dejectedly as Lovan suddenly become livid with anger. "By the Rager, they are dead weight! If only the Rager would cast a few more clouds in the sky, I would give them such an execution!"
-----Caranip quivers from all the violent talk. The gnomish girl clings to Sarah and looks down as if something horrible might happen before her.
-----The cloaked man glares around hatefully. His voice seems abominably horrid as he says, "You can kill us if you wish. In fact, it might be better if you did. That way, I can meet you in hell!"
-----Sol walks over, unsheathes his sword, and soundly clubs the cloaked man on the side of the head with the flat of the blade. Repeated blows are used until the man falls unconscious.
-----His only explanation is, "If ye've nothing o' interest t'say, say nothing at all." He looks around at the others in his party and explains, "We'll decide their fates when Raven returns."
-----Lastly he looks to the remaining conscious foes, "An' th' rest o' ye can think about what comes. Think hard, an' consider how yer lives have lead t'yer coming justice."
-----The younger officer and the other two guards remain quiet during this time. For the moment, the officer seems cowed but the two guards look at the unconscious cloaked man and grumble.
-----Caranip sighs and slides down off of Marlexana's back. The gnomish girl keeps a wary eye on the prisoners as she walks toward the trees of the woods.
-----Dilton remounts with a resigned look on his face. Strolum looks over at his friend and gives him a smiling look of confidence. Pil casts his eyes southward and mutters, "Ought t'be keepin' an eye on th' castle out there."
-----Garrison dismounts and for the moment seems interested in watching Caranip approach the trees.
-----"Don't stray too far in," Rinda calls.
-----Pointing to their prisoners, Lovan says disgustedly, "We should just leave them here. They can do us no harm."
-----Sarah seems to care very little about what is done with the officers. She watches Caranip with idle interest.
-----Caranip lightly touches a tree and peers toward the small structures of the village. She quietly scans the area with her eyes and, after a bit, begins to make small chirp-like noises.
-----Just then Raven strides back with the prisoner he questioned in front of him. The guard appears quiet and pale of face.
-----Raven shakes his head, "This one is tougher than he looks. Wouldn't say anything." Raven doesn't put the questioned man back with the other prisoners. Raven says to Dilton, Strolum and Pil, "This is one tough bastard. I don't want his friends to talk with 'em. Okay?"
-----Raven motions to the cloaked man, "How about him? Has he talked yet?" Raven sizes the cloaked man up for a moment, "I can get him to talk." Raven nods, "Let me have him for a ten minutes and he'll spill his guts." Raven positions himself so the prisoners can't see his face. Raven winks at the group and gives a small smile.
-----Raven heads over to the cloaked man. Raven inspects the man for a minute, "Looks like he likes to cause trouble." Raven looks to Sol, "I'll need just a few minutes. I won't be long. Okay?"
-----Raven puts a boot to the man's back and pushes, "Get to your feet. I'd like to chat with you."
-----Sol frowns thoughtfully as Raven steps forward to the cloaked man, and offers the hunter a helpful bit of info, "You'll need t'wake him up first. He was being discouraging t'th' others, so I made him take a nap." He gestures meaninglessly at the unconscious foe.
-----The cloaked man remains still on the ground. Garrison smiles and adds, "He told his friends here to keep quiet and said if we killed him, he'd meet us in hell."
-----"Now this one here," the woodsman continues, pointing at the younger armored officer, who stands quietly, "He was almost sounding like a fortune teller. He was telling us a war was starting and soon we would be captured. He had a lot to say before his friend told him to be quiet."
-----Garrison then points at the other two guards. "These two we haven't heard much out of."
-----Sol nods affably, furthering on Garrison's explanation, "He's a fairly chirpy chap, mostly doom an' gloom though. I'm sure he's eager fer some gentle persuasion t'get him t'share some more useful tidbits o' information."
-----Raven says, "Once he wakes up, I'll have a little chat with our cloaked guest."
