The Romulan Star Empire Romulan Two-Player Deck

This is the Romulan version of the Two-Player deck. This is the one we did not use at Battle Con. It was however designed the same way the others were and should work pretty much the same way. If you have comments about any of them please do not hesitate to e-mail me.
