Game Description: You have a pact with Lal and are about to show
Yang who is boss.  The goal of this contest has a novel twist.  You
need to take all the secret projects.  Lal has 3 and Yang has 5 in 
3 different cities.   

Challenge: Own all the secret projects and send me a sav file 
showing you have.  You win the contest by winning in the lowest 
Mission Year with the Alpha Centauri Score used as a tie-breaker.

Clarification: If you destroy a city and the secret project 
is not owned by anyone, that is satisfactory.  You dont have to 
build any new secret projects, but if they complete a new one, you 
have to take that one too.  If you go to F5 and every COMPLETED 
secret project is in your city or a destroyed city, you are done.  

Installation Directions: Unzip and place the sav file in your
saves folder.  Start game and load.
