Game Description:  Protected from the Hive by Lal, you have prospered
and now are only 3 years from developing Locusts to go with your Needlejets.
However the Spartans have grown and are now a threat.  You have taken 
Assassin's Redoubt after 10 long years.  

Challenge: Take the secret projects at Sparta Command and Parade Ground,
and send me a sav file showing you have.  You win the contest by winning 
in the lowest Mission Year with the Alpha Centauri Score used as a tie-breaker.

Installation Directions: Unzip and place the sav file in your
saves folder.  Start game and load.
