    Qate Minotoas was an important asset of the original R.I.Z. team. She always came through in a tough mission, and usually had a good mood when she spent time in jail. Qate was a loving wife to her husband, Mark, and a good mother to her daughter, Miyamoto. 
    Chael and Qate were the best of friends and would not pass up a chance of a mission together. When Qate passed at the young age of 27, everyone mourned for the Queen of Kindness. The members of Team Roke dedicated the feminine outfit to the one that she always wore, and her grave is inside of the basement of Headquarters.
