    Like the piccie? Guess what! I stole this one, too!!
    Okay, I lied. They share a bio page. But I mean, COME ON. What's Simba without Nala? Beauty without the Beast? Jessie without James or vice versa? Anyway...

    These two notorious villains are known for their failure and effort towards capturing Pikachu. They aren't very evil, and I think that they're there for comic relief.

    Gender: You know, it took me awhile, but I think it's Male
    Eye color: Jade green
    Hair color: Light blue with a hint of periwinkle
    League: White
    Partner: Jessie, J.C.
    Pokémon: Weezing, Victreebel, Growlithe, and at one time a Magikarp
  
    James lead a rich life as a child. He was expected to act properly. After his parents figured out that he didn't want to be proper, they immediately engaged him to Jessibelle. James hates her to this day, and back then ran away from her. 
    James then joined Pokémon Technical Institute, or Pokémon Tech for short. There, he met Jessie and with her got the lowest grades in the history of the school. Since the duo couldn't bear the humiliation, they ran away and joined a bike gang. "Little Jim," as he was called then, could not ride his bike without training wheels. 
    After Jessie and James got tired with that old shtuff, James suggested that they join Team Rocket. We really don't know anything that happened between then and now. The End.

    Pokémon: Arbok, at one time a Shellder and a Lickitung, and a yucky, yucky Wobafett.
 
    Jessie grew up in a poor family who sometimes had to eat snow to survive. Her mother, just before her accident, had sent Jessie to a rich school, Pokémon Technical Institute, or Pokémon Tech for short. 
    There, Jessie met James and together they achieved the lowest grades in the history of the school. Sometime while she was there, Jessie tried out to be a nurse. She failed because she helped a struggling Chansey.
    Soon, she and James joined the Bridge Bike Gang, a gang of bikers who caused trouble on the bridge leading to Sunnytown. Jessie used to swing around a chain when she rode her bike, and was called "Chainer Jess."
    When she and James grew tired of the bike gang, James suggested that they join Team Rocket. We don't really know what happened between then and now.
