2346: Born on Earth. Raised by biological parents, Eric Poole (instructor at Academy) and Rebecca Lynn Poole (Engineer Utopia Planetia).

2365: Poole applies to the Academy and is accepted.

2369: Her last year in the Academy. For a semester she is assigned to the USS Venture (Galaxy Class). She graduates at the top of her class, is given the rank of Ensign and is assigned to active duty on the USS Venture.

2370: Assigned to USS Venture for exploratory mission. She is promoted during this time and is reassigned to the USS Cochrane.

2372: Assigned USS Cochrane, and helps conduct experiments into warp drive. At the end of one year of service, she is again promoted.

2374: Poole is assigned to Station 419 as Tactical Officer/2nd Officer. Along with help from Lieutenant Andrews, solves an assassination plot. She is reprimanded for ordering Danube-class runabout vessels into the Neutral Zone without proper authorization. She commands the new USS Aegis-D for it's shakedown cruise when it arrives from Utopia Planetia. She leads attack on 'alternate timeline' Aegis to rescue Ensign Wendy Tyler. Mission is successful, but assault team took heavy losses. Just after this mission she is attacked in the infirmary as she tries to come to a fellow officer's aid. She suffers a crushed spine and several internal organs, requiring massive surgery. During the following months she makes a near full recovery. She is reprimanded for succeeding in a rescue on Tarsis Balin, who had been trapped on Betazed during the Dominion invasion.  Along with several others, Lieutenant Poole gets marooned in an alternate universe where The Klingon/Cardassian Alliance has conquered the Terran Empire. She spends a few weeks on a dead runabout with her fellow officers, then a few weeks longer as an Alliance slave, before the Terran Rebellion assists with their return to our universe.

2374: Courtmartialed for her command decisions on the planet Irdosia, a violation of the Prime Directive. She is reduced in rank and transferred to the USS Venture (now on the front lines). She serves there as helm officer and as a secondary tactical officer when needed. A few months later she transfers back to Station 419 and becomes it's new training officer. She scores as an Expert (9/10) in the phaser type II marksmanship trials at Station 419.

2375: Poole is trapped on Fimdari with her team during a Dominion invasion of the planet. She keeps them alive and with help from ADF forces leads hit and run attacks on the aggressors. She and her team rescue a group of Andorian children from Dominion forces, and are picked up hours later by the Federation fleet that liberates the planet. For her actions on the surface she is awarded the highest honor the Federation Council can bestow, the UFP Medal of Freedom. She is also awarded the Distinguished Service Star by Commander Balin. A week later, Poole is assigned to an aquatic mission on Fimdari under Lt. (jg) Havaris. When Havaris is incapacitated, she takes command of the mission and destroys a Dominion outpost and attack submarine.

2375: Poole co-leads a mission on Occa with Lt. Ghorev, Station 419's second officer. The mission is quite successful, resulting in no losses to the team. It is the result of this mission that allows Occa to be fully liberated from the Dominion.  For her service, she is awarded the UFP Medal of Freedom for a second time in less than three months. And since she was wounded in the line of duty, she receives a Starfleet Combat Medal.

2375: Poole's parents die in the Breen attack on Earth.

2375: Poole is restored to line officer status due to her exemplary performance in the past year. She retakes her phaser qualifications and scores 10/10 in Phaser Type I, 9/10 in Phaser Type II, and 6/10 in Phaser Type III.

2376: Poole leads a mission to Fimdari where she is nearly killed attempting to save a fellow officer's life. The mission was not a complete failure, but, the town (buildings) they were trying to save were destroyed.  She commands the Thomas Paine during a patrol run where the ship attempted an interdiction of a Nausicaan spacecraft violating the Irdosia System Quarantine. During this engagement the Thomas Paine also answers a distress call by a Federation freighter under attack by Pirates. They are driven off, but the Nausicaan vessel makes it back into UNA space. She participates in the OERs, scoring a composite of 2.6 and moving on to the second tier. During this time she is asked by Commander Balin to step back into her role as Second Officer and accepts. She is promoted to Lieutenant and made Manager of Joint Operations. She participates in a mission to rescue children from an Orion Slavery Ring and is awarded the Hand of Mercy.

2376: Poole marries Lieutenant (jg) Nevaren. She is on the bridge of the Thomas Paine when a distress call comes in from the IKS Kol'mak, under attack by Nausicaan forces. She comes to their aid, attempting to fight off four vessels each at least a match for the Paine by themselves. Another klingon ship, the IKS Ghogh, enters the fray, but the Nausicaans escape, destroying both klingon vessels and moderately damaging the Thomas Paine. For her valiant effort to try and aid the Klingon vessels, she is invited to join House Ko'loth, but the offer is later rescinded when it is decided that tension in the region is too high for such a move. She does, however, become an ally of Ambassador Avok. A plague strikes the Station and Poole is one of those infected. Three days afterward she is cleared to resume duty.

2376: President Kor of the UFP visits the Station. Near the end of his visit he field promotes Poole to the rank of Lt. Commander. Just after this visit, she goes on a mission where she is left in command of the USS North Carolina, a Steamrunner class. Along with Ensign Darax and the Beta shift bridge crew, she takes on a D'Deridex class heavy battleship and wins (odds 1 in 1000) using the maneuver that bears her name at the Academy. In September, she is discovered to be pregnant. She commands a mission into the Locus that is a failure, due to the lack of stopping the Romulan opposition. At the same time though, the team learns enough so that the next team can claim control over the region. Due to the halfbreed nature of the baby she is carrying, Poole is removed from un-necessarily dangerous duty and taken off of away team status. Poole commands the station during a timeshift in which the temporally anchored S419 is left high and dry in a Dominion dominated timeline.

2377: Poole has repeated disciplinary and emotional problems from the beginning of the year onward, which she blames on the pregnancy. She scores as an expert in both her hand phaser scores and SQT during her OERs, but cannot advance to Tier III because she is unable to take the physical readiness portion of the examination. During this time she becomes exceedingly dependent on her Cadet, Kaitlyn Arlene Lanie.

2377: Poole takes command during an insurgency on the station by genetically modified individuals. Due to the stress involved, she loses the baby she was carrying, a month shy of its due date. A week and a half afterwards, she is examined medically and psychologically, then returned to full duty.
