Hello, and welcome to my home page!

I am a recent graduate, well '97 anway, from The University of West Georgia.

My program of study was a B.S. in Geography. Their curriculum has changed over the years, but the degree is basically the same. I work in the field of G.I.S. and love it.

My hobbies include

listening to music,
going out to the movies,
bowling,
playing chess and
Command and Conquer.
video games and
Magic: The Gathering among other activities.

I do consider myself very lucky. It's either good luck because I have survived disasters, or it's bad luck because I was in the disaster:

Hurricane Opal - October 5, 1995 - I lived in Carrollton, GA, at the time (at least 200 miles inland), but it sure packed a punch down where I lived - the college was closed for 4 days while they were removing downed limbs and trees. Many small tornadoes were spawned near where I lived.
Loma Prieta Earthquake - October 17, 1989 - I lived in Livermore, CA, at the time (40 miles from epicenter), but it was still a very memorable experience.

Okay - so October is a lucky month for me.
