Application Process for Prospective Immortals

Characters that have reached level 109 and do not desire to remort or stay at 109 have the option to apply for an immortal character. Imming is NOT a right of a player, but a privilege. In order to be recognized as a potential immortal the prospective character has to complete the following application process:

1. Mudmail or contact the Coordinator of New Immortals, Nymph.

You will be considered to become an immortal if:
*You have been on Elite for a significant length of time (6 months?)
*You have experience on Elite, represented by your characters. Generally, this means having at least a high level first remort.
*You have time on your hands to spare to make the mud better.
*You are trustworthy and have not gotten into trouble.

NOTE: Having a spare 109 is no longer necessary.

Once you send your application, including the reasons you want to immort, to the Coordinator you will be voted on by the 112+ immortals. This deliberation may take some time, so a response may not be immediate -- patience is a virtue. Once you are voted on a response will be sent to you.
