Roberts was genetically engineered for this job. If Gene-gineering is socially incompatible with holding a form of status like legal enforcement powers, legally possessing weaponry (which was the case in one campaign he was played in), drop his Criminology score 1 point to twelve and change oxygen storage to combat reflexes.
Roberts comes equiped with a vacc suit, a blaster rifle and a combination Stunner/Blaster pistol. (Or armored vacc suit depending on the campaign.) Strictly speaking, these weapons are only for on duty work but this is the sort of job where 24 (actually 28) hours a day work shifts aren't uncommon, and as a lawman he's technically always on duty anyway. Since he himself is able to go without air for an hour, the suit needs only keep him from the dangers of vaccuum exposure and can be worn under normal clothing (A hood is placed over his head, he can see out it. There are places for breathing apparati for longer periods of time in space. The PD and DR values for the suit will vary depending on the TL of the campaign and what sort of light armor the GM allows in the game.
