Lord Blue is(WAS) a 17th level mage from Karameikos. He is a 3 foot tall, 400 pound man that believes any problem that can't be solved with a fireball can't be solved.
His biggest problem is that (despite being a high-level mage) he can never get out of debt, own a magic item, or keep a spellbook for any length of time.

Blue is an accomplished mage that is recognized throughout the known world and beyond. His list of accomplishments are:
Darokin- He has helped save the country (not once but twice) from someone know as "The Master"- a powerful cleric that thought he was immortal (not).
Vestland-He is known as a heroic adventurer that helped save the King and place him on the throne where he was needed (just in time to save this country as well).
Soderfjord- He is known for his incredible drinking ability. While trying to recruit help for Darokin, he entered a drinking contest which led to him and his opponent drinking more than humanly possible (btw- Blue lost).
Isle of Dread- He is known only as the mountain that walks. (In retaliation he STILL teleports monsters into the village that called him that. Get over it!)
Wendar- Yet again, he is known for saving this country from an outside power- the Shadow Lord.(see The Story.)
Karameikos- He has helped save King Stephan Karameikos (when he was a duke) from an attempted asassination. That, and also that he is one of the few high level graduates of "The Great Barn of Magic".
Unfortunately he is also known as the mage without money.
But he now has money and I think magic items :)
