Description

She has the hint of a matron who has unwittingly striven onto the path of the Enlightened, and appears to at first meeting to have had converse with Franciscans. She is fairly overweight, but deft with her hands; old but with the joy of youth and just a hint of their exuberance. She tends to wear well-worn clothing and likes her comforts to be familiar.

Background

Orphaned as an infant, she was raised as a fosterling in a convent, never knowing her family or true parentage. At any early age before her vows were truly expressed, her convent was disbanded and destroyed, the result of the ugly rumours of it being a cauldron of witchcraft. With its blood spilled, she fled to the countryside, following a hermitage in order to find herself again.

Many years later, after she had discovered she could see things in a different light than previously, a mage of the Order of Hermes, a wayfarer, found her and knew power when he beheld it in its place. Under his and others' eventual tutelage, she grew and realized her potential, but her mystical framework has remained unchange, as she has found it an integral part of her existence.
