Why an anime section? Well, simply because I enjoy watching them. 'Anime' (pronounced as A-nee-may) is the Japanese version of animation. However, unlike most animations produced by western companies, where most of them are for children (No, I'm not talking about Disney or Pixar Entertainment), Japanese anime is meant for people of all ages. Anime's like 'Neon Genesis Evangelion', 'Mobile Suit Gundam' and 'Ah My Goddess' outshine western animation by a fair margin. Action-packed, humorous and intriguing, Japanese anime's will have you gripping the edges of your seat.

If my memory serves me well, the first anime that I watched was 'Robotech' back when I was younger. Since then, I have had the opportunity to watch other series such as 'Gundam Wing', 'You're Under Arrest' and 'Ninku'. If you wish to know more about the history of Anime, click here. I've also done a few paintings myself. Though I'm not a professional, it's worth a look. Unfortunately, there haven't been much of such programs in our local channels.
