Guarantee: Hobby Kingdom only sells NEW, Quality merchandise being offered by reputable manufacturers worldwide. Inevitably, there may be an occasional problem. All items offered in our catalog have the warranty period as outlined by the manufacturer. Hobby Kingdom will replace items damaged in shipping or that are defective. The manufacturer will make items missing parts whole or or Hobby Kingdom will accept the item and credit the customer or replace the defective item. Sometimes prices change... Hobby Kingdom will honor published prices in the current catalog, until a new catalog or a revised price list is printed and distributed. Customers placing orders will be notified if there is a deviation from a published price. Prices can change without published notice, due to the policies of manufacturers and distributors.

Returns: No Returns will be accepted by Hobby Kingdom without a prior Return Authorization (RA) number, issued by Hobby Kingdom. Call us for such a number and to discuss the exact nature of the problem.. All returns, claims for Warranty, claims for missing parts, and requests for RA numbers MUST be made within seven (7) days of receipt of the merchandise. Items that are being returned for merchandise credit and are not defective, must be returned to us in their original packaging, unused, sealed, and in saleable condition. All returns of this nature are subject to a 15% restocking fee.  If possible, returns can be made at our Markham store.

Pricing: Our Prices are on average, 20% off published manufacturer list prices. Our policy is to meet or exceed competitors prices. Call us with your questions. Please note that the Hobby Kingdom policy of meeting or beating prices, can NOT be used in conjunction with any specials or promotions or other special pricing that we (Hobby Kingdom) may have in effect. In addition, "Going Out of Business Sales, Limited Time Offers, Final Sale Merchandise, Special Promotions, Closeouts and other clearance," type sales being conducted by any of our competitors; are not eligible for inclusion with the Hobby Kingdom meet or beat any price program. Backorders: Only items being shipped will be billed to your credit card account. However, due to manufacturer timetables, some items may be temporarily out of stock. Hobby Kingdom will contact the customer for specific instructions. No substitutions will be made without customer approval. All backorders will be charged a seperate shipping charge.
