Dino-fly spread out his great webbed feet and cushioned the landing to perfection bending his knees slightly. He folded his wings up tightly into his body and took a deep breath after the journey. Twinsen had insisted that although Zoe wanted to go with Twinsen that see couldn’t, she had to look after Chloe. Zoe had gone into their house in a huff, showing her anger and confusion. She just thought that Twinsen was being sexist but thought better of it once inside. After all, Twinsen had saved Twinsun twice, she had to trust him.
Twinsen padded softly over the sand in the moonlight. He made his way into the town and straight to Baldino’s house. He knew that Baldino often stayed up late at night if he was excited about one of his knew inventions. He would sit at his workdesk for hours on end, until he finally convinced himself that he would fall asleep over his plans if he didn’t go to bed. Despite this he had woken up still at work. Twinsen knocked softly on the strong wooden door and called,
"Baldino, are you there, Are you awake?" There was no reply and even though Twinsen would feel a lot safer with his friend by his side he carried on into the town centre. His eyes took in every little detail of his surroundings. ‘What on earth could those thugs want to Book of Bú for?’ The words echoed around his head, hurting his brain. He wasn’t going to stand around thinking about it though. He had realised that they worked for the evil Funfrock Jr. and they were probably putting Twinsun in grave danger. Where was he to start searching though?
