Twinsen gently steered Dino-fly in for a landing on the wet grass of Citadel Island near his house. He never took his tunic off in the time of danger, as it was this that stored his magical energies for the magic ball to return to his hand and the such like. He stood on the same spot, slowly turning around taking in all of the island. Although it was an island which was dear to his heart and he knew very well, somehow it seemed a totally different place, with tension in the air. He stopped at various places and pondered over the possibility of the thugs hiding out at that particular place.
The hero had done a full turn and had not come to any conclusions as to where the thugs were.
