In Unison

I imagine, as I lay down to sleep. Your body, warm beside mine on the large bed.
I wrap myself in the covers of cloth, skin, and breath, covering my entire being with love.
I imagine, as I lay in the dark. Your touch, warm on the plane of my skin.
Lips and fingertips trailed softly along tender crevices, raindrop caresses of physical love.
I imagine, laying there in your arms. Your voice, sweetness flowing into my ears.
Proclomations held dear within the heart, flowing through mind and into soul.
I imagine, we are together. Our lives, a most perfect compliment to each other.
Our souls intertwining with one as familiar, fitting together to make the completed puzzle of us.
