pending = awaiting decision (pilot may still be involved in SWSC activities)
inactive = the pilot had failed to attend meetings without giving valid reasons. (The pilot should
contact Admiral (Manpower) to be re-posted. However, this time,
the pilot has to e-mail the SC of the squad he/she is interested in for acceptance. If he/she is accepted into a
particular squad, Admiral (Manpower) will then re-post the pilot into the squad.)
Suspended = the pilot has been found to behave contravene to The Code. (To be re-activated, the pilot should e-mail a letter of explanation to
Admiral (Manpower) to clarify the charge. Once re-activated, the pilot has to contact the SC of the squad that
he/she is interested in for acceptance. Once accepted, Admiral (Manpower) will then post the pilot tot he respective squad)
