Start a game and then go to the options screen. Enter mode select and move to Options. Press Right Shift, Right Shift, Left Shift, Right Shift, Right Shift. Now you can select any course

Win the cup on any course, then go back and beat that record by at least 1 minuet and 29 seconds to get the Super Cycle.

Free Time Trials

Highlight "timetrial" on the main menu and press right, left, up, down, Z. A beep noise should go off.
