Press the following buttons at the introduction: C, X, B, Y, A, Z then start.

Go to the options screen. Highlight "Shurikens" and hold in the L and R buttons. Next press C,A, and B.

99 Lives: Highlight game start and press A, Z, B, Y, C, X and then start the game, do it quickly.

Skip Levels: Pause the game and then press A, B, A, B, C. Now use the D-Pad to pick your level.
