Named after its founder, Oneda Central is the largest, most advanced hospital on the planet. With doctors on call in shifts, they are equipped to handle any emergency and perform any operation at any time. With space for over 10,000 patients (40,000 in extremely cramped conditions) the hospital is spacious and kept spotlessly clean. At any given time there are around 1,500 patients being treated, so most of the hospital floors are locked and kept in standby mode. In the case of an emergency, the hospital can go to fully operating status within 15 minutes.

One thing the hospital specializes in is cybernetic and bionic replacements. Although usually reserved for medical reasons, full and partial conversion operations, M.O.M. Implants, and even Juicer conversion is available to anyone willing to pay the price. There are also several smaller branch offices on several different levels of the city for this purpose.

In addition to the above systems/operations, Oneda has access to any system found on Earth, plus some cybernetics and bionic implants that are not currently available.

One of the most popular enhancements offered by Oneda Central is the Reflex Augmentation System. A cybernetic implant that shortens the time it takes for electrical impulses from the brain to complete their circut. Effectively making reaction times faster, and the person slightly more aware of surrounding actions. Simply called "Zapping Up" by the populace, the operation is extremely popular, and does not seem to have any noticable side effects, besides the usual interference with magic and/or psionics.

Reflex Augmentation System - (RAS)

• There are three levels of the RAS system. Each offering slightly higher benefits, but with a larger price tag.
  
  Level One: +1 to strike, parry, and dodge.
  Level Two: +2 to strike and parry, +1 to dodge.
  Level Three: +1 attack per melee, +2 to strike, +3 to parry, +2 to dodge.
  
  
• Time of operation.
  
  Level One: 1d4 hours.
  Level Two: 1d6 +2 hours.
  Level Three: 1d6 +4 hours.
  
  
• Cost: 10,000, 19,000, and 27,000 credits respectively.

Another system available is a small implant that effectively provides a phychic mind block. Unfortunately this also means that all the penalties associated with a mind block are in effect. However if the individual was not psychic to begin with then this is not a problem.

• Bonuses: Can not be influenced by others. Prevents penetration by telepathy, empathy, hypnotic suggestion, and empathic transfer.
• Penalties: Can not sense anything, can not use psychic abilities.
