Chandrian Hover Disk
A transportation vehicle for the more socially elite on Chandria so they don't have to walk among the commoners. Basically this means they were willing to fork over the money.
Description: A reflective silver disk about 3 ft. in diameter, and approximately 1 inch thick. For it's size, it is surprisingly light (6 lbs.).
Statistics:
As some people noticed the top speed of the racing disk has gone up. A rather bright employee of Teck-Sun Labs developed a faster racing version in order to compete in the Falon Games. He won his first race, but the disk was declared to have too great an advantage over the competition. To even it out, the faster disks were developed and given to all racers, and the employee was given a promotion within Teck-Sun.
