History: Grounder was destroyed shortly after Scratch. Grounder loathes Sonic, and sees his own destruction in his mind constantly, grounder begging for mercy, and Sonic destroying him(Even though that's not exactly how it happened). As time passed, Grounder became more cruel and hatefull. Like Scratch, Grounder recieved a new body, and a better neural network(To make him smarter). Grounder constantly upgrades his weapons systems as new research is done, and new weapons are doveloped. Grounder has weapons including flamethrowers, rocket launchers, plasma cannons, lasers, grenade launchers, lethal neutron beams, and a variety of chemical weapons. Though Grounder has a storage room full of weapons, he only carries a few on his tank-like base. Grounder's most prized weapon is a modified portable low speed roboticizer. Grounder modified a standard portable Roboticizer to take a longer time to roboticize an individual. Due to it's modification to a low speed, the target will suffer excruciating pain while being roboticized. With a low speed roboticizer, Ten percent of the targets die. Roboticization takes about four minutes.
