Character Creation
 | Can take limiters on powers (see above)
| Powers are no longer taken "tainted" as in the rules. Tainted is now a limiter and does not give
you a level of permanent taint to start with (you will just gain temporary taint through the use of the power).
| A player may choose to take dots in permanent taint during character creation. Each dot of taint gives you
2 Nova Points to use for character creation. The largest number of dots in permanent taint you can have at the
end of character creation is 7 (this includes permanent taint from Quantum and Node).
