You've rescued Alric, but you're not in the clear yet. You still have to escape out of the desert canyon.

You've got the same troops as in The Five Champions plus an Alric on auto pilot. When you first arrive on the scene you'll have a whole bunch of Ghols to deal with. Get that Dwarf on them right off the bat. Don't try to kill them all, just get a bottle into each group. And don't split your Berserkers up, they are the only things between you and cleaver death. Keep them with your troops. This is one of the biggest mistakes, besides bad Dwarfing, that co-opers make. They split their Zerks up and run after the Ghols. Invariably, a Ghol or two runs past them and cuts down a member of your party. Berserkers are walking cuisinarts, keep them together to guard your team and watch the fur fly. |
How to get the Bow and live to use it? When you get close to the Bow, around fifteen Ghols will come pouring out of the temple looking for new heads to put in their shoulder bags. There are two ways to handle this that work for me. The first is what's in the film. But the setup is the same for both.
Put your Zerks on the mound opposite the temple with the Dwarf between and just in front of them. Put the Archer off to the side just a bit.
