| Todd Rice was the son of Alan Scott, otherwise
known as Green Lantern (now known as Sentinel) and Rose Forest, the villianess known as
Thorn. Alan never knew of his birth and he was given to an adoption agency at an early
age. Jennie-Lynn Hayden and he grew up separate but, as they got
older, the link between them grew stronger and they found each other. Todd was raised by
the Rices, who were a dysfunctional family. His life was generally very hard and created a
tendency in him for co-dependence. As soon as he had the chance, he joined his sister in
joining Infinity, Inc. After it disbanded, he milled around aimlessly for a while before
joining Justice League America with Nuklon. After Justice League
America was disbanded, he went farther down a dark path and gave way to all the darkness
within him. |
