Da Journal 2000

| 1999 | 2000 | 2001 |

December 31, 2000
Ahh the year 2000, where did it go? One year ago, everyone was worrying about Y2K, but everything turned out okay =). Anyways, we're all at Kevin's house for New Year's and we hope that everyone has fun in 2001. See you guys in the next millenium!

December 26, 2000
Hey again, hope everyone's enjoying their Winter Break. Us four just came back from skiing yesterday and it was really fun. I learned how to ski and them three learned how to snowboard...somewhat (Brett walked away with a bruise to his face and Ian lost his snowboard =P). Anyways, back to relaxing and happy holidays. -Kevin

December 24, 2000
Hey everyone! Guess what!? WINTER BREAK!!! YAY!! Well all four of us are all so happy, we finally get some time to relax. Tomorrow, we're all going to go skiing. By the way, Merry Christmas everyone! Okay, thats it for now.... -Brett

November 23, 2000
Happy Thanksgiving...that means...4 day weekend!!! WOOHOO!!! Okay, that's all guys, cyuz.

November 13, 2000
Sups, high school isn't as bad as I thought it would be, but I would still rather be in 1st grade! Anywayz, check out the webpage of the newest and hottest (yeah right) breaking crew, da CHIMP RICE BREAKERS!!! CRB Homepage - Terry
Okay, okay....for all of you who claim to check our website every single day, the fact that we haven't done anything in over a month probably drove you all away. Anyways, if you do come back, expect a once a month update, or whenever there's a holiday (i.e. Thanksgiving or Winter Break). If you guys have any suggestions for what we should update, send me an IM okay? Thanx. -Kevin

October 10, 2000
Wow, first journal entry in...almost a month...Anyways, not much to say but that today is "double 10" which is Independence Day for the Republic of China. Okay, cyuz.

September 19, 2000
Okay guys, we are SOOOOO sorry for not updating in the past month, but its just that we've been so busy with exams and a new school year, that none of us had any time. Anyways, in the past month, we started school on the 5th and 6th, had a mini-camp reunion on the 9th to celebrate some birthdays, and the first day of Chinese School and Kevin's birthday on the 10th. Well, gotta go now, but we'd just like to wish a happy birthday to...
Glenda (Sept. 4)
Chris and Hao-Ping (Sept. 9)
Kevin (Sept. 10)
Hao-Ming (Sept. 11)
Su-Cha and Katrina (Sept. 18)
Monica (Sept. 20)
Again guys....so sorry, so sorry...

August 22, 2000
Sup? Anyways, Terry and I just got back from a tour of the Western United States, and Brett, Ian, and myself went to the WMACS Summer Camp 2000 Reunion on the 20th (Terry couldn't go because he was still in California). The trip was fun except for the bus ride (2800 miles). Other than that, we went to Xion, Bryce Canyon, and Yellowstone National Parks, the Utah State House, the Mormon Temple in Salt Lake City, Kennecott Copper Mine, Grand Canyon and Las Vegas. While in Las Vegas, Terry's dad won a good sum of money, and Terry and I spent our time in Circus Circus playing DanceDanceRevolution (THAT GAME IS HARD!!! and very tiring).
At the Camp Reunion, we basically spent all our time talking with friends and signing camp books. The camp book this year is really thick (Brett, Ian and myself helped to make it, and I made the cover despite not gettin credit...grr...). Oh well....school starts on September 5, so expect no big changes...sorry guys, I tried...but was never successful in finishing a new design that looked good... -Kevin

August 1, 2000
Hey guys, I've been thinking about how I can manage my schedule to start working on our WMACS Summer Camp 2000 page, and I've found out that I won't have time until like late August because of classes, vacationing, and the official WMACS site. So therefore, all the pics from camp this year are here. Feel free to browse through them (sorry if it's not put on an actual page) and I'll be adding more pics as I scan more in. Thanx for being patient you guys. -Kevin

July 30, 2000
Just added some WMACS '00 Pics. More to come later.

July 28, 2000
(This is a lost journal entry due to Kevin's lack of copying skills...sorry guys)

July 15, 2000
Well, tomorrow's the big day where we'll be leaving for WMACS Summer Camp 2000. That means that there will be no updates till after July 22nd (not that many of you will notice). Anyways, when we get back, we'll inform you of all the goings on with pictures that we've taken or stolen from others...cyuz!

July 9, 2000
I'd like to say hello to the people who actually stop by here (the amount of which, i can count on my fingers). Anyways, them three have left for tennis camp, so when they get back, don't be surprised if they look really, REALLY tan. I, however, am sitting in the confines of my own home, letting the days go by without doing anything to my benefit (isn't it great!). Well, that's all for now. -Kevin

July 5, 2000
Hey, hey, hey everybody. This is Terry, I just got back from New York and now I'm settled comfortably into summer. For those of you not in the know, this equals BOREDOM, and that equals interminable updates to this journal. Hopefully Nike tennis camp next week and WMACS camp after that will be interesting. In the meantime, I have discovered the wonderful thing known as EBay, where I find tons of great stuff at insanely cheap prices which get taken by some @#$%^& who outbids me at 10 seconds left...

July 4, 2000
The United States of America celebrates its 224th...Happy Independence Day everybody.

June 26, 2000
V-ball camp is over, and Brett and Terry went up north to help Brett's brother with his company Limespot. That leaves Ian and myself at home, with nothing to do except homework, d'oh! Anyways, WMACS Summer Camp 2000 is coming up in less than a month, and more and more info is surfacing. Check here often for updates. Okay, I'll go now. Cyuz. -Kevin

June 19, 2000
Okay, I have to make this quick because it's late and all four of us have V-Ball Camp this week (sore muscles, a lot of intense work...fun =P ). Anyways, summer officially starts on the 21st, so have fun everyone. Hrmm...oh, check out the WMACS page because there seems to be only ONE slot left. Who wants to be the 120th person??? Okay, I'll go now, cyuz. -Kevin

June 14, 2000
School isn't officially over until tomorrow, but all four of us are out already (with the exception of possibly Ian)!!! Summer's here, and I'm gonna sit around on my butt for 3 months, woohoo! -Kevin
P.S. Sorry we didn't post on Brett's birthday, June 4, but we were really busy with exams and stuff.

June 8, 2000
EXAMS!!!!! AAAAAAHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Okay, I'm done.

May 27, 2000
School is coming to a close, which means it's stress time!!! Anyways, Brett and Terry are at their sibling's graduation, and my chorus, CCGW, just had their 10th annual concert this afternoon. It turned out real well in my opinion. For those of you who went, hope you liked it =). Oh well, enjoy your Memorial Day Weekend. -Kevin

April 23, 2000
Happy Easter everybody! Guess what! there's an actualy major update today, we've put up a follow-up to our Top Songs of 1999 List! If we have time, we'll now try to give you guys a weekly insight into the music we're listening to! Check it out!
Also, BRETT HAS FINALLY MOVED INTO HIS HOUSE!!!! WOOHOO!!! It happened Friday, and now he is in his reconstructed home. Let's just hope nothing else happens to it.

April 14, 2000

Anyways, look at the sports section of our website (main page) for updates on the different sports we're involved in (which is a lot). Anyways (again) spring break is almost here, which means that I have time to sit around on my butt and update this page!!!! WOO...HOO...ooo...ooo. Have fun all. -Kevin

April 1, 2000
WWWAAAZZZAAAP??!!! Ok, well I haven't been working on this page very often but I just remembered it existed so here I am again! BTW, EVERYONE WATCH ROMEO MUST DIE!!! JET LI WHOOPS SOME MAJOR @$$ (I know Kevin's gonna go nuts cuz I said that)!!! Be sure to enter our official contest, you could win up to $10 million!!! ***Note the date of this journal entry*** Well, as the tiny simulated people in my fave game The Sims say, "Fragedpradgjetuluah, sul sul." -Terry "Trunks" "ferret" Li

March 31, 2000
Hey guys, sorry for the lack of updated, but we've all been rushing to finish homework and complete reports because of the end of the quarter. Spring break is coming up, so expect more frequent updates then.

March 13,2000
This be Brett typing for the first time ever on this WEBPAGE!!! Hooray! Sorry guys for not touching this webpage. Well thanks for making it! Any big news, not much except that school is boring as ever and well...school is boring as ever!-Brett

March 12, 2000
Feels like forever since something's been done here, it's getting all dusty, but oh well. Just to put a message in here so people don't get bored. Sorry that we're not updating that often, but we do have a little thing called homework (a concept that a lot of people don't understand). Anyways, nothing much has happened except that...umm...yeah.

February 25, 2000
Today was an interesting day or me because I got two teeth pulled out. Don't worry, it didn't hurt because I got a lot of pain killer, but there is quite a lot of blood. Anyways, cyuz. -Kevin

February 18, 2000
So what have I been doing this whole day? Basically sitting on my butt, watching TV, going on the Internet, chatting with friends, etc. etc. Anyways, Terry just got back from Florida, and there was no school today because of the sleet and whatever, so school's extended by one day now. That also means that this will be a 4 day weekend because of President's Day. Oh well, cyuz. -Kevin

February 14, 2000
Happy Valentine's Day everyone!

February 11, 2000
Sorry guys, never had a chance to update in like the past two weeks, so I didn't get a chance to say...HAPPY NEW YEAR(Year of the Dragon - 4698)!!! Anyways, February 5th was also Ian's birthday so us for stayed over at his house. Since it's Chinese New Year we've also been performing Chinese Yo-Yo and Dragon dance at Lakeforest Mall's New Year's Celebration (we'll go again on sunday around 4:00 pm). So what else is up? Ummm...well...been really busy with school, which is why I couldn't update, but otherwise I'm good. Oh and Terry's going to Florida with his school tomorrow (coming back the 18th). I went last year and it was SO fun, aren't you jealous? Cyuz! -Kevin

January 31, 2000
RAMS WIN!!! RAMS WIN!!! RAMS WIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Okay, that's enough, anyways, no school today because of the snow. This time it wasn't as bad as before because the exams don't get pushed back, which means that we get one more day to let our brains deteriorate and turn into compost.
Back to the Super Bowl, the Titans must feel pretty bummed out right now because they were 1 yard away from winning, but OH WELL!!! The halftime show was pretty cool, but it's basically a stunt for Disney (same characters that were in Disney's Millenium Celebration Parade were at the halftime show). Like most people, some of us were watching for the commercials, but a couple of us were watching the Super Bowl for the halftime show. Why? Well, let's just say because of a specific performer *cough* Christina Aguilera *cough*. We were expecting something like "What a Girl Wants", but instead it was the Disney theme song "Celebrate the Future Hand in Hand" or whatever. But she probably will be performing that song at the Miss USA pageant this Thursday and at the Grammys.
Pretty long entry, but whatever. Second semester starts tomorrow, finally. So have fun everyone. *sigh*.

January 20, 2000
Under normal circumstances, I'd be jumping up and down that there is no school today because of the snowstorm, but today is different. It is exam week!!! This means that when I should have a five day weekend after exams (22-26), I have to go to school on Monday and Tuesday to take my exams!!! Why couldn't it have snown next week??? Add to this, it's supposed to snow again Sunday night. I might not even have any break!!! -Kevin

January 19, 2000
It is EXAM WEEK!!! *sigh* There was a two-hour delayed opening today, which sucked for me because I might have to go to school next Monday instead of having a 5 day break. It's supposed to snow again tonight, and I hope they don't cancel school or delay the opening cuz it'll mean I might have to come in on Tuesday also, which I DEFINITELY do not wanna do.

January 16, 2000
So what's going on right now? All four of us are at Ian's house. Them three are downstairs trying to "break" (seems to be a new obsession of their's) while I'm here with a messed up ankle (happened cuz i landed funky after a leap frog thing, pretty pathetic huh). Anyways...this week is exam week, which sucks. If you don't know why, you're too young. Oh well, cyuz. -Kevin

January 1, 2000
2000, so it's finally here...
The Millenium Bug is no problem so far, which is a good and a bad thing. Good in that I have electricity and everything, but bad that I have to go to school =(. Oh well, the new millenium doesn't start until 2001, but the 1900's brought us a lot and the 2000's will bring us even more...Happy New Year everyone. -Kevin
