Effect: lowers the temprature up to 60 degrees to a 180 ft radius Note: can be hooked to a huose's mystic generator for unlimited use. TW firdge/freezer PPE cost: 40 Spells needed: Lower temperature (6th level) (8 PPE), freeze water (8), northern wind (7), call lightening (15) Physical requirements: Old refrigerator (preferably one with freezer) a small piece of aquamarine (worth 4000 cr.) and a large piece of crystal quarts (worth 1200 cr.)
