BLEU was just a baby dragon when the Shining Force came to the town where he and his children friends lived. He was very scared at that time. However, he gained his courage when an enemy tried to attack a little girl. He destroyed the enemy and decided to join the Shining Force.
Bleu is now a full grown dragon. He patrols over the land, making sure there is no evil afoot. He mainly resides in Guardiana.
