The Call of the Shadows
Once a again they call.
Summoning me for the fall.
Why must they use me as the smoking gun?
While under cover they do run.
The call, the sweet sound of eternity summons me.
Promising to set me free.
All there is ahead is pain,
While others off me gain.
The call of the shadows once again calls,
Perhaps my brain the call mauls.
The darkness crashes in like a wave,
Nothing the shadow save.
For in the dark there is no light,
And without the light endless night.
Energy derives from the negative and plus,
But the conductors always seem to be us.
But here on the edge I hold.
My wings for fear of breaking fold.
Nothing now can bring me back.
For now I have no need for counter attack.
I have surrenderd to a minor nussence to get a major main in the Uh, right.
So I guess, I'll just sink back into the night.
