The son of Sidhe, the eternal wandering bard; Leige-Lord of The Sindar--The Twilight Elves of Arcadia, Telcontar, is known throughout the realms of faerie and fantasy as "The Eternal Chameleon Bard" -- a teller of stories and a singer of songs. "Tel" as he is called by all whom he's met lives by his wits and his charm. He is quick with a blade and his spell book is ancient. Tel has also learned the advantages of the "strategic retreat". The home of The Sindar is Arcadia and the Arcadian dwelling place of Telcontar is the stronghold known as CastleFantasie. From this castle, and from his place of business in the realms -- The Bards Guild, Telcontar conducts a lively interaction with all creatures of the realms. The Guild's libraries and song-scrolls are extensive and advice is often sought from The Chameleon Bard. He loves a good story in return and is quick to break out tankards of ale. Telcontar celebrates life. He knows the value of a friend and is slow to anger. However, if crossed, he is also slow to forgive and can make a deadly enemy.

Posessions: His ebony mithril armor is easily recognized, as is the ebony death-blade slung at his side. "SoulTakeR~" is an eleven blade of intelligence and is controlled only by the soothing tones of Telcontar's voice. Telcontar also carries two ebony daggers he calls "The Twins". They are daggers of recall and accuracy. The bard's instrument played by The Chameleon Bard is an enchanted flute -- carved of onyx. The mood casting abilities of this instrument, called "Singer", are reknown.

Appearance: Telcontar stands a full 7'0" and weighs 275 pounds. His long flowing hard is shockingly white. His emerald eyes cast a penetrating gaze and his voice is deep and resonating. His skin is well tanned from his eternal wandering and carries hints of the twilight tones. He is well muscled and moves with the grace and dignity befitting a Sidhe Warrior. Telcontar is a True Neutral and will side with "the right" as he determines best for his kin and clan. His motto rings forth from his sword each time it is drawn and presented --"Familia Primo" ... that is ... "Family First.

Family: Married to the Queen of the Sindar, Lady Gray, Tel and his Queen live within Castle Fantasie and share the work of the Bards Guild -- to promote the knowledge of these realms. After the death of his only sons in the childbirth tragedy that claimed the first Queen of Castle Fantasie, ArwenEvStar, Telcontar wandered in mourning for many years. Meeting Lady Gray rekindled the flame of passion that went out within The Bard on that Valentines Day evening so many years ago. The union of The Leige-Lord and The Queen of the Sindar has reunited the Sindar-Sylvan clans. A most welcome event within the realms of Arcadia. Most any morning will find Telcontar and Lady Gray working in The Guild or relaxing in Castle Fantasie. Visitors are always welcome ... or as Tel puts it ...
